Return & Exchange Policy

At Regal Aura, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exchange Policy (Strict Conditions)

We only offer exchanges under strict conditions.

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

If an exchange is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.

  • The customer will also pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can review and assist you.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
